Lately I have been focused on building my client list and working with active buyers in the market.So far I have found some success via rei meetups and meeting with great people in the market.As for leads at the moment I'm currently sourcing leads via d4d and word of mouth.

I was initially told there was an HOA but eventually found out it's not active and there's a lady who lives somewhere on the street that pays a lawn company to cut and trim everyone's yard.

Also consider joining SWLA which is run by Jon Frickensmith--in my experience, it's a fantastic resource for Kenosha/Racine landlords and when you need contractors, you can ask the group of members who I found to be all active landlords in the area.

So there is a miss-match and you end up paying more then you should.This is true for a small Canadian Controlled Private Corporation (CCPC) with "active" income - e.g. they manufacture widgets or provide a service to folks owning widgets.
