I’d bet on my abilities any day over leaving my money with Wall Street to handle.

The only thing is that the interior of the garage is incomplete, needs dry wall and a ceiling.

While we don't have any rodent/pest issues, this seems like a massive invitation for something to enter my apartment while crawling through the walls of my building. 

Hey guys,So I found this triplex that is on the market for $290,000, the seller has redone the dry wall, roof and windows.

I work on Wall Street, commute 3 hours a day and still have managed to grow a successful (and frankly exploding in growth) student rental property management business at Rutgers University on the side.  

@Justin SumulongFirst, let me second what @Dmitriy Fomichenko (whose company is worth considering, by the way) said: stay away from banks and Wall Street institutions like Fidelity, TDAmeritrade and the like.

The other might be due to a clogged gutter that cause water to overflow back to the roof and down the wall.

There are ongoing issues with walls (little cracks) which cause little water damages in my 2 bathrooms and living room.

The original kitchen had no wall space for a refrigerator, and the back of the refrigerator was just hanging out for all to see.

The house is now vacant and in need of renovation (bathroom and kitchen had dry rot issues, two bedrooms had partial wall removal due to mold on the plaster).
