@Francis Rusnak, I am just now studying for the RE exam and in no way claim to be an expert, but I'm pretty sure, you cannot require use of a particular lender as part of a sale as it would be a tie-in violation of Sherman antitrust laws.I'll be interested to see what some others, more experienced than myself, chime in with.
