Hello.2 years ago i bought a foreclosure property for cash but i did not do a title search( i did not know) i renovated this property and i am living here almost for 2 years....SO yesterday i applied for home equity loan sign all documents and so on......Today they called me and asked if i have a lien on my property,for 14k i said no i do not so they said to bring them the title and the house insurance....and in 2 days will take a look at the property So i am thinking its possible to have this lien?
