Needless to say I've got the bug! 

The properties in your area may be newer and need less maintenance then the 50-100 year old properties in Baltimore.  

Needless to say, the tenants in your property make you either hate or love being a landlord.

I would imagine we'd need less and less involvement over time, but as fairly new investors, this type of approach would surely result in making raving fans out of us. 

Needless to say drywall had to be replaced and water remediation experts had to come into the property that was less than a year old at the time.Hard to say what I would do if I got another request from a bachelor/bachelorette group again today, I think that first experience has me slightly jaded LOL

Needless to say, it was our first trip there as a family and everyone else realized what I already knew.

It was a foreclosure rented out for several years so needless to say, upkeep/workmanship was low.Upfront maintenance is expensive.

She’s been there for 18.5 years and has been great; needless to say I want to keep her.
