I am not able to purchase any other house without using those funds, so I am stuck staying in this Airbnb shared with a guy who coughs all night long and doesn’t have a car, always bothering me for rides and rolling papers, ect, eating my food, and yesterday he was yelling and waving a large kitchen knife around threatening his “friend of twelve years” and scaring the crap out of me.

As for saving and making a better life that sounds good until you find yourself with three kids who all need clothes and food and you’re a single parent not making enough to get to a point where you can start saving and stop looking at your next check a week away while you’re sitting around broke.

I have another tenant who is in the food industry that we dont know if they will be able to at all.
