Dealing with the building/planning/zoning/BGE/structural engineering companies, etc?

The reason I ask is that I work on a lot of large commercial projects(read projects in the hundreds of millions of dollars) and even those mega high paid architects and engineers miss things in their design.

Excluding land, tap fees, & engineering, etc.: about $135 sq foot.

The place isn't in that bad of shape moving in so I decided to turn key the property because I'm a student studying Mechanical Engineering which heavily prevents me from being able to deal with the house.

Architects, lawyers, engineers, and high level investors are on the other end of my phone on a daily basis.

When I worked in corporate America I did a great deal of reverse engineering.

Friend of mine had a Vans it was a tail dragger and he put the wankel engine In it.. 

We also run a structural engineering firm that has seen a spike in requests from investors in Racine.
