I’m now looking at another area that’s 3 hours away in the same direction and catching up on some posts about some general str rules of thumb.

i remembered your other post from a while back, and i know you're experienced. but were also feeling overleveraged.

I thought that I should post a follow-up to this thread. 

So for me the ONLY advantage was the GOZONE tax bene's i was able to get when I bought them.. that was the Gulf opportunties act post katrina. most current investors I am sure never heard of it..
