It makes me nervous how upset people are over property taxes and property inflation, because council people could react to those sentiments and enact policies that are not investment friendly when the city needs new investment desperately.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe changing the actual zoning for a property needs a bill to get through city council meaning you need the sign off from the councilperson and your district and then they have to go get the votes.
