The REIA meets at Oriental Buffet (McIntosh & Bee Ridge) Wednesdays at noon, and then there are two monthly meetings, one in Bradenton, one in Sarasota for the Landlord Association - but that has a yearly due schedule to attend - however the speakers there make the $50/year well worth it.

@Brandon Baker, In LR bet you would like Broadmoor, some pockets of Midtown around Markham especially, SWLR off of Stagecoach/Colonel Glenn, Yorkwood, a few great pockets down Geyer Springs, lots of pockets down Vimy Ridge, in Shannon Hills, and also Mabelvale.

I would assume that the old system uses R-22 refrigerant, and the new will be R-410 which will be much more energy efficient.I would recommend getting a price from both Blue Ridge Heating & Air, and McGrady Perdue.

I've read quite a bit about how dangerous the southern area of Montclair is, specifically near Bloomfield Ave and Glenfield Park, by the Glen Ridge border, and that it should be avoided.
