But I think you’re right that it’s a relatively small initial investment to have this original document drafted by an attorney, and can then slightly alter and recycle it multiple times over.

After putting in a call to find out why they were altering their program I received my statement which appeared to contradict how I had heard they were handling new funds.

You might consider wording it as "no permanent alterations".

Ask anyone who has purchased a new construction home and had to wait for their window coverings to be installed.While these alterations will cost a little bit of money, the return on investment can be huge if it means making the deal, or simply the satisfaction of owning a beautiful home.
