If one did have honest intentions they'd simply address the root cause of the price elevation.

There's a very good chance the issue(s) you face have already been discussed and answered.Ask questions in the appropriate forum.

The real issue(s) that come from the inspection is how everything thing adds up.

We utilize an engineering department and do a LOT of analysis to ensure our insureds are adequately protected while also pleasing our broker(s).I studied finance in college and would confidently say I'm ahead of the curve in equity investing (stocks).

My brother and I want to get into real estate investing for passive income, and we’re thinking about starting off with a duplex in a year or two after saving some money, that we can live in and rent other unit(s).
