Everything went really well except for the fact that they sold the loan to a hedge fund before closing and the hedge fund's fees were added to the loanguys fees and it all added up quite a bit so I changed my mind at the closing table and used a private lender that is friends with the closing attorney.

If you can get your Vantage Score up 50 points, you will see positive results on the mortgage scores as well, it just may be 30 or 40 points or could be 60 to 80 point increase vs Vantage increase of 50 points.

I don't know the %, but I would still guess 90% washout or never hit their goals, but I do see some "graduate" and seem to do well long term.
