I would send a message letting them know that they have until Wed next week to contact you about payments and let them know that you are willing to work out a payment plan.

I like the overall theming of your decor, but I would remove all the smaller pieces and keep walls decorated with just the large pieces of art that you have. 

Love it, and the theme seems to be "it depends, but due diligence is king."

In the relinquished property our vesting was as joint tenants (we were young and newly wed and did not understand the differences). 

Our plan is to purchase a TH in need of updating and rehabbing with family-focused/themed decorating and amenities in mind and self-manage as much as possible as we have immediate family in the area willing to help out.
