I know there are solutions to the above scenario, but I thought it would be nice if I found some hidden gem of a website that scraped that data somehow.

I found a gem of a property that wasn't on the market and was able to convince the owners to sell to me.

So I discount cash flow model to what I think dollar store will renew for when Walgreens is no longer obligated to subsidize and old vintage lease for offer range.When pharmacies were expanding everywhere they were agreeing to high rents for that box size to just be in a location.

This isn't the short term home run setup, but it sure has potential to be a long term gem.
