@Chris Gawlik bottom line is the vast majority of the population will make less money, if any, which will lead to them not being able to afford their old standard, so now rent and mortgage is becoming impossible to pay fully coz it was unbelievably expensive to begin with, so you have massive defaults, which will take a while to play out, because vacancies will rise, major companies and REITs will default on their loans and bonds and EVERYTHING will revaluate lower which in and of itself will cause even more defaults because of equity and reserves requirements by banks/financial institutions.
