I really see Columbus Ohio as an extremely safe bet for the next 10-20 years.

That may or may not be the case, but my options are limited by the extreme position that Morris Invest has caused on me as a gullible novice investor with limited resources for a 72 y/o.

Appfolio is a great program but is extremely large and although we are huge fans, it has its issues.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

Chalet Village does extremely well. 

Looking online and running numbers when you aren't looking at anything in real life will never give you the confidence to pull the trigger.
