Why get an MTR far away when you have to furnish it and expect 4-8 guests a year instead of an LTR closer with 1 tenant a year even if you make less so you can learn more?

@Anna RamashkevichRecommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

I now make it a habit to set clear expectations with lenders upfront and ask about their average response time

What I didn´t understand is that you pay 1 year of insurance in advance, plus 3 months insurance for escrow, plus every month from the first month you will still pay insurance.
