My question is should we each apply for personal loans using our individual 20% down payment for a small business loans then pool the money in the LLC and use it to buy the properties.

It wasn’t technically my problem, but who wants to buy a house with a backyard where you get to see your neighbor’s trash and neglected pool every day.Beginners luck was evident in these following two scenarios.

All the houses look different,mature landscaping, lake,park,restaurant in the subdivision, tennis courts, golf course, gym,clubhouse, over 2 acre pool.

Sales take quite a bit longer as there is not a large pool of buyers.Right now if you are looking at the MLS and something is on the market a few months then something is wrong.

And since you already made the jump into the investing pool, the next ones will be easy.
