Bigger pockets postAccording to Biggerpockets stats https://www.biggerpockets.com/stats , over 1000+ new members signup every day and at the time of this post, they have 1.6 million+ members.Jump onto Facebook and I see lots of investor groups in the 50k - 100k range but nothing larger.  

However, we did due diligence and took her through the screening process she had good credit, passed background check but her income wasn't sufficient , former landlord spoke well of her.

Mar of next year. ) i am looking at starter homes that range between $90k and $120k i will have about $35k-$40k of my own money for a down payment and could possibly need as much as $20k  i could save up the $20k in about 8 months. that would move my purchase back to December ishwhat are everyone's thoughts? 

Most residences are single-family homes under 1500 sqft, with generous lot sizes ranging from 7,000 sqft to 0.5 acres for some properties.Interestingly, despite ample space, vacant lots in this area remain undeveloped with no additional units added.

RV/Boat storage market range is even further, up to 20 miles. 

I am also looking for multifamily, but more in the 40-100 unit range.
