I haven't bought gas in couple of days, but have seen a handfull of stations selling for about $3.69/gal.

The long distance investing was mainly due to me being stationed in different parts of the country where I couldn't invest and I didn't have the freedom to travel when I wanted so instead of doing nothing, I met up with a great group of turnkey guys also in the military and used that strategy.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

I'm being stationed near MacDill at the end of this year and was interested in the Clearwater/Safety Harbor area because it's where I lived when I was stationed down there in 2003-2008.

Went back and boarded the house up, changed the locks, went to police station and got a "NO Trespass" order so that anyone caught on property would be trespassed by police. 

We live 15-20 mins from SF and have bus/train stations close by.B.)
