Many different species of deciduous and coniferous trees can grow in the Pacific Northwest.

This was my beginning strategy of investment and the current as well although I feel it will evolve and morph as I invest through the years.

The couch animal is a wonderful species. 

I'm wondering if if anyone has had experience with Evolve? 

If the purpose is beauty, pick a small or slow growing species. 

Because of that we've been leaning toward one of the SFHs up there and trying something like Evolve vacation rentals to set up cleaning, renting, etc. 

I ended up putting my large house with Evolve Vacation Network.

Some of this might be beyond this resource but I will update as my experience in the area evolves.

I'd also want to know how you're going to protect my (the lender) investment (exit strategies, insurance, etc.)I'm sure there are others with expertise here but I would prepare a lenders package that could evolve going forward.
