I think the simple existence of the BP forums are really hard to understand at face value for the general public.There's got to be a reason, right?

I have, however, been attempting to DIY paint the kitchen cabinets and have spent over 8 hours just trying to clean the cabinets of all the dirt, grime, and oil built up over the years.

Just a simple online way to keep track of the loan, that tracks & receives payments, and increases the loan amount each month based on the agreed interest rate etc.I'm going to keep searching online but I'm sure there's a wealth of knowledge here and I'm willing to bet some of you have used multiple platforms.Please let me know if you have advice.Thanks!!!

For generations, hell millennia, things operated on a simple system that there is some geographic feature, somewhere, that brings many together in 1 spot, that brings more, a city builds, grows, and get's to a size that a kind of "gravity" is made putting people and industry in a geographic "orbit" of that market center. 

land entitlement is very simple.

The simple truth is when we go into a market to purchase we make far too many offers to go look at every deal or have our boots on the ground look at every deal. 

RE is nothing but math, sell it as is to an investor cash, if it makes sense, OR fix and sell, KEEP IT SIMPLE.
