This means that, in order to get to the settlement table, they agree to hire the home inspector, have the inspections completed within a reasonable amount of time, and shoulder the cost.Remember to leave yourself a sufficient time to pick an inspector and bring him out to view the property.

I agree that you've inherited the problem and don't shoulder any professional responsibilityPersonally I don't understand why a landlord would rather kick someone out (and pay the fees to re-rent the unit) than have their PM collect a simple late fee, if it isn't affecting the owners finances come the end of the month (i.e. 100% of the rents are still being collected).
