These are the markets that are most affected.and like in Portlandia were the new law has restriction on denying for income or criminal ( not sure the specifics) but I think your going to see a clog in the court systems or who ever takes complaints against landlord discrimination.. its those renters that will scream the loudest.

Bonus: If you can't update your house due to a tight wallet, your Airbnb needs to scream VALUE.

If that covers rehab and purchase you need a screaming good deal to avoid having cash out of pocket.
