Easy access to the 84 and minutes from schools and recreation.

I currently rent with five amazing housemates within a single family house in South Seattle, and want to recreate that model in a house that I own through House Hacking.I'm looking for a Real Estate Agent and potentially investors (currently figuring out what friend/family support I can get.)

Of that 50M, 25M was allocated for the construction of a new recreational faculty that has since been completed.

I like to deal in recreation land and have been investing in that type of land for many years.

The population is a nice size at around 90,000, and there is a lot of really good entertainment, and of course, lots of beautiful outdoor recreation and good air quality overall. 

Depending on why you are coming here (job, recreation, family, other, etc.) can help you determine what area/city you decide on. 

It will have to go, too, and you'll have to get the yard back to the way it was.If it gets way too ugly and you just want to get rid of them, you could always offer to let them out of their lease, but they'll have to agree to pay for the recreation of your yard, and the immediate removal of the pool.I just want to be sure you are clear on this point - these are not good tenants.  

We even have a clause that states the porch roofs are not to be used for recreation...I have recently had to add that vehicles on the premises must be licensed, insured, and operable, but that was due to a non student storing his junk van in his designated parking spot.

I live in Colorado, where both medical & recreational marijuana is legal.  

THis is why I will not support recreational use when my state votes on it in November.
