I think even a boiler plate Operating agreement will be OK... worst case scenario, I can pay a Lawyer to review it and make changes if necessary.The companies that I posted setup all between $150 to $200 including a year of register agent in Wyoming, then $49 per year after, one is a Law office, providing attorney - client privileges.

A person could read books, listen to podcasts, go to meetups, earnestly befriend experienced syndicators in their market (as I have been fortunate to do), schedule calls with national sponsors to ask questions, sign up for sponsors' email lists, etc etc etc... without paying anybody for the privilege.
