As you know many companies etc have moved to PML  ( Private Money Loans) to give the illusion that the terms are better.

Would anyone have any interest in a monthly breakfast/coffee meetup for private lenders and those buying/investing in notes?

Additionally, when we faced challenges with private equity financing, we asked the seller to replace them.

Private financing would be the way to go but I presume it won't be easy.
