My opinion is simply that buying holding real estate is a long slow way to build wealth in real estate and very painful as you go...And learning to buy and sell.. creating a cash machine.. that you then reinvest is much faster...go pick up the book....10 Roads to Riches by Ken Fisher...

I have set them up for "buyer interviews" with me and they both also have houses that will need to sell first, I realize that this can be a pain, however, I am looking at this more from the possibility of 4 transactions side and I am pumped!
