Are you planning on self-managing or do you need to hire a property manager?

Usually I use trieagle and request a month to month plan and have the power on a day or two after the tenant vacates.

Plan out what you think your loan balance will be at the end of the loan period and calculate a new interest rate versus the old to see what DSCR ratio will be.

For instance, one property seems to have an extra bathroom that is not listed in the county records.I plan to make some modifications, including removing a closet wall to expand a bathroom and taking out a kitchen island that contains electrical outlets and a switch.

Site Civil and land use planning....I've been in the conversations for major clients that have both pursued an eminent domain against adjacent owners and have had takings due to eminent domain.

A good builder will have some solid plans to choose from that your property management company can review and maybe tweak.   

My plan was to do a Home Equity Loan and the STR income will pay off loan in maybe 3 years. 

I’m being a bit uncharitable here, but they backed off of their original plan, stayed silent for two months, and then quietly passed a regulation stating four or more unrelated occupants can’t live together.

We plan to rebuild, but our neighbors are aging and do not wish to go through a rebuild.
