Truly, the quantity and quality of data today trump all the prior ideas of what was necessary for a credible result or not.A curious thing however, where some of the old ways that were considered sound and reliable are now proven impossible.

It's like a blackhole - once it's starts it's nearly impossible for these places to reverse the trends - a few places in KS have gotten better - Dodge City, Garden City, Hays - they hang on and are relatively "progressive" (I use that term loosely) compared to their other rural neighboring cities) and have found a way to survive and somewhat thrive in today's society.  

@Toneisha Covington it can be really hard to use an FHA loan on a home that needs a lot of work, if not impossible. 

What I hate about the cordless ones is that is impossible to shorten them.

A property like this is nearly impossible to find in our area now.

New Jersey laws make evictions near impossible it feels. 

Not impossible, just a greater degree of diligence is probably a good idea.

It's also impossible to know if your assumptions are right not knowing the class of property and where it is located.
