That could mean they open it up and ignore the wet insulation and mold (if its there) and just do a sub par job.

To increase the insulation factor, add argon gas filling in cold climates, but ignore in warmer areas.

Buying into an MFU 5+ will need a commercial loan, require an LTV of 70-75% and a DSCR > 1.1 -- 1.3, but also ignore your personal credit and the DTI issue.

Didn't say it will not work for you -- just not for me.Consider: FULL TIME WORK (if you can get it) is $10/hr * 40hr/wk * 4wks is only $1600/mo (ignoring taxes) and you gave up 160 hrs of your life to get it. 

If this pm did know your preferences and ignored them and you feel they were careless with your contact info (that info would be fairly easy for most people who wanted it to find) it is time to hire a new pm.

I'm embarrassed to show my ignorance here but I am shocked that the TREC lease doesn't have more to do with NNN.
