Just cancelled Hostfully / Orbirental after 30 days and requesting refund.  

They seem to primarily exist to help expanding hosting businesses make competitive offers to landlords.

I am a local Poconos airbnb host [2 houses] for about 2+ years.

Notable examples of folks being burned buying company stock at a discount include, but limited to, Enron, Worldcom, Lehman Brothers, GM and a whole host of other companies.Having worked in finance for a long time, I can tell you that no company is doing you a favor by letting you buy their stock (discounted or otherwise).

Host open houses for other agents in your brokerage and take any referral or lead you get in the beginning regardless of how terrible it is.

So I obviously had to pay for this application to be built and I'm going to have to pay monthly for it to be hosted in the cloud so I can access it from anywhere.
