It looks like it's an abandoned flip or "unfinished project" distress as David Greene likes to call it.The property is in very rough shape. 

Being this young and this green to the market I’d love to hear any advice that anybody has to offer to someone like me who is starting early and trying to get that snowball rolling!

Does the tree have green leaves on it ?  

I would get the right people to green light the safety of removing it, and not just trust my own judgment. 

I read David Green's book about "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" and got to work searching.I have been researching where to start and was drawn to Cleveland for a couple of reasons. 

I'm currently reading David Greene's Long Distance Real Estate Investing book, and just absorbing as much info as possible.I moved to Southern California from New York about 3 years ago, and am loving it in here. 

I've been reading David Greene's Long-Distance Real Estate Investing to build some knowledge but I don't want to get stuck in the analysis paralysis phase and would like to take action as soon as possible.I'm mainly looking for small multi-family properties (duplex, triplex, fourplex) to start with and eventually expand towards commercial properties.
