Never had an issue in 5 years of this when tenants have moved out I just send my house cleaner in for a deep clean NO turn over costs other than that.

I have a great tenant and very few repairs issues (I put in a new HVAC and water heater a year before I moved out) but will eventually need a new roof (house was built in 2005).

30 day or greater stay is not the issue with Irvington.

For example if you have to pass through the bedroom to get to another room that may be an issue. 

Same issue with a Registered Agent.Either method are fairly inexpensive and very easy to do yourself.  

And just avoiding it for this issue alone seems like a good reason not to do it.

Haven’t used it much this year but no issues so far and don’t anticipate any.

I commonly hear that permitting is not an issue unless I am touching plumbing or electrical but just to be safe and avoid any future liabilities, I am trying to understand it is even feasible to get the new rooms/garage permitted for their intended use.3.
