Before I talk about how to select a tenant segment with a high concentration of reliable people, you need to understand the relationship between a tenant segment and the property.Every tenant segment has specific housing requirements.

Learn together when you can or leave some links when you find something good so that it is a shared activity.There are so many posts about the metrics of a deal, or the qualities of the asset, but those won't matter if you put your relationship in the middle of your investing trajectory.

If this is the same person you've worked with for years and have a good working relationship I would first give them the benefit of the doubt and reach out to two other accountants to see if they will do a complimentary review of you previous tax returns.

Now, they take the offer more seriously.You waiting can also have the opposite effect.

I'm assuming you need an established working relationship with said lender.
