there has to be some kind of force pushing the wall in, it takes a lot of time to move a wall that far, the last one I ran into was tree roots pushing the wall in, it could also be a stone foundation that is crumbling and has been scratch coated to cover it up, I would suggest getting a pro to come out and dig up outside footing and wall....done mostly by hand due to the fact that you could cause a cave in with heavy equipment.

Anyways, I followed up with him about ten times - I figured that by getting to know this guy I could 1) pay him back for all the great information and life-changing mindset that he had given me on the podcast, and 2) get the inside scoop on real estate investing by meeting big time investors that knew what they were doing.Finally, he caved and let me come in for a lunch.

The actual lake called Clear Lake does have a coastal outlet and a yacht club, and Armand Bayou Nature Center is a delightful park with multiple playgrounds, wooded paths, and a sizable dog park.

Last night there was a violent storm and my basement window caved in, and violent rain crashed the windows and did considerable damage to the basement. question #1: what is my tenant's insurance responsibilities for this property?

One had fire damage in the basement, one had a leaky roof with an un useable bathroom- among other things, and one the whole duplex was leaning...got to the basement and the wall was caving in.  2x4s were bracing it from caving in.
