Thankfully I went to KW after closing my first couple of deals in the business.

Michigan is my cash flow go to in my investment portfolio :) Planning to get a couple more properties before the end of the year. 

Get a 2nd job and save some money for a couple years then come back later.

I have heard mention of some investors contacting local title companies and having them generate these lists for only a couple of dollars.
