The only way to verify the dogs (to my knowledge) is by calling the school they were trained at - but due to confidentiality some of those schools won't speak to you.

Based on the number of showings, I was confident I could get it rented. 

On the commercial real estate side I have a confidentiality component in the Letter of Intent.

I think I get a higher than normal percentage of unqualified applicants this way, but I also feel confident I didn't miss the good ones.

Attorney's have a fiduciary relationship with their client to keep everything their client tells them confidential.

I would not waste my time going to court for this, that is how confident I would be of an unfavorable verdict.
