I guess that podcast host is either lying or desperate for deals.Or maybe the podcast guy has a close relationship with a couple wholesalers where they do trust and are comfortable working with them and this podcaster has trouble finding enough deals for his workflow.

The next year, we lived in an apartment building with two bedrooms, a tiny kitchen/dining/living room, a community bathroom 100 feet down the hall, and community showers two floors down (no elevator) and at the opposite end of the building.

My 2 cents is that for non-sleeping areas, hot tubs, pool tables and movie rooms are top amenities that guest have personally told me they like the best.I think an outdoor rated pool table (or maybe ping pong table), TV and comfortable seating would likely be the best bang for your buck.
