It is rearing it's ugly head again after 10 years since others were tricked in the economic collapse.

Then the air conditioner leaked due to not draining and cleaning some condensation thing on it, it leaked all over the ceiling and the ceiling collapsed on my tenants' stuff (thank God not my tenants weren't home).

Granted we are all here to make money, but I think sometimes outfits like that are definitely part of why everything collapsed.

Then the collapse of Greek economy hit and it went down even further.

Here are some general thoughts and ideas on where things could go...I read an interesting paper last year put out by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) that hypothesized that the national debt can pretty much grow infinitely without destabilizing the economy or ever causing a fiscal collapse. 

Also a significant portion of their economy is tied to REI and infrastructure expansion which is collapsing.  

If we are "on the verge of collapse!!"

I just purchased a house site unseen and the roof collapsed from fire damaged, third floor structure significantly damaged, second floor walls rotted.

While with NPS I worked on The White House doing stone repair and painting, Congressional Cemetery exhuming General Alexander Macomb (who became Commanding General of the US Army during the War of 1812) due to collapse of his tomb which we later rebuilt, and pretty much any battlefield in the area during my Summer internships.  

over a year ago there was "sign's of a recession". 2 1/2 years ago when our President was elected the nation was going to collapse and the stock market was going to crash and people were going to die.
