If #1 goes well then have a debrief session and then roll into #2. 

Pretty much all of the financial info IS necessary for continuity, and various reports result from generally one monthly input session.

They basically have a general session and then break-out into various rooms of 3-5 people for networking.

I would attend any info sessions at your local brokerage offices if you want an in person office experience, If you are super self starter, resourceful, tech savvy, entrepreneurial, or a part timer to start then EXP would be a great choice.

Biggest question mark right now is what kind of statewide rent control we get next legislative session.   

@Sumit SehgalThey have been doing a lot of free weekend online webinar this year where they offered bundle in the $2k to $3k range that was including one LLC setup and some other products like their Platinum membership that is a great service for having an attorney answering your legal and tax questions later on.Get one of their free 30min strategy session to discuss with them what you would need first.

Loitering outside the meeting room when the session is happening is also discouraged...if you want to have a conversation with someone instead of watching the lecture, then go to another part of the building (lobby, outside) to avoid annoying the event organizers who are trying to keep the event running on time without disruptions.
