But there generally isn't a market for them as such.But that being said once in a while a DST comes on specifically designed for shorter holds and they anticipate an 180 month to 2 year hold. 

The city has also placed additional responsibilities on the design professionals but there's basically no barrier of entry to be the building permit holder.

I myself is an architectural designer/structural engineer. 

I grew up going there many years as a kid and it would be nice to designate some blocks to bring back more SFH along beach side vs towers everywhere.

Should I include cabinets/shelving or just leave the room bare with just the hookups so whoever buys it can design it how they want?

When I go to pay the bill, I do it online and select the purchases for 1 single rehab and pay those from the designated checking account.
