Mine were mostly purchased between $35-$45k and now worth $125-$135 although we just had huge reevaluations from the county so they will likely go up a decent amount over the next few years.I had a offer of $125k a unit 2 years ago but the capital gains were gonna be close to $400k calcuated by the accountant.

Where as some old park in the deep south , Well is not if you know what I mean.I have a client I did bizz with years ago.. and they owned 5k spaces in Orange county Ca ( all of them debt free) they were brothers and started buying in the early 50s..

I have heard stories of other county inspectors requiring walls to be opened back up etc.  

Every county, city and state has different rules.

Good luck you have it about right when I talked to the manufacturer of the machine he quoted me 10% savings and of course some time savings .. u also have the issue with man power and who knows how to use them and the other subs who have never worked with them.. then getting them approved at the county level etc etc..

@Charles Manabat Placer County (Kings Beach down to Homewood, Northstar and Palisades/Alpine Meadows) have permits available and have for over 2 years.

Each county does some things different.
