There's many different factors that go into it as well as a variety of programs that are available so I would need a bit more information.

Also unclear what happens if they dont pay rent during the thirty days or a variety of normal scenarios during the 30 days, they dont give their name, how to determine what is market rent, if they should be evicted or ejected or other legal processes to get them out, what rules should be followed during those 30 days considering the new owner is not bound by the previous lease (what if they bring a dog on the premises or a variety of other things that are not illegal but not appreciated).

@Bill Gulley  I hear you.. when you look at that list its a wide variety of nefarious type of activity from mortgage rescue ,, short sale shenanigans etc etc.

This is where we need to acknowledge the variety of structural differences that are often put forward.

But, an IRA or 401k of the Wall Street variety (common model) is equally tied up as far as your access, and even more restricted because of the limitation on publicly traded investments only.

The variety of lifestyles (in very close proximity) is what makes it most appealing to me - you can have it/see it ALL.
