If you use digital devices, you can buy and download eBooks from a variety of sources, such as Amazon (Kindle),  Apple (iBooks), Barnes and Noble (Nook), etc...

Just because you can change out Fixture, device, or breaker does not mean you know what you are doing.

Hello BP family, any way of getting a heads up on cities with fast development, whether it is a sports stadium in the area that will increase the cost of living in area or small cities that are growing at a rapid rate?

Currently work as a medical device consultant, but would like to make real estate investing my full time career (sooner then later).

The tax is simply a device congress came up with well before IRA's even existed to level the playing field when tax-exempt entities compete with taxpaying businesses.Passive income is not taxed, and would include things like interest, dividends, royalties, and rents from real property.

I appreciate that :) I tried posting the app and text conversation so folks could get a good sense of what went down, but for whatever reason it wont let me "Attach" anything....I thought it was my device but when I tried a different source the same thing Happened....

I now work with a building designer who walks into the city department, glad hands the people, talks sports, and walks out with stamped plans in a couple days.  

A GFCI is far quicker to notice a problem with a device than a breaker is, so what does it matter that the user knows the socket is GFCI protected.
