i use berkshire bank, it's a more local/regional bank in MA that i've been with for like 15 years for personal & both businesses. i like that i can walk in and everyone knows me, anytime i have an issue, which i just about never do. i actually didn't know stessa was a bank, i thought they were just a bookkeeping software!

More maintenance on the balcony depends on the values. we have 7 zips we build a triplex in and some of them we have considered adding balconies if the market calls for it. another way to do it is on the back where the walk up is if they are truly apartments you can add it there. depends on the level you are after.
