You are challenged to better yourself, it is geared toward the individual and you actually buy properties.

If the LLC isn't set up correctly it opens up a lot of other issues - can be pierced.I don't think there's one right answer, LLC or not, depends on the individual. 

If a cash out refinance, many lenders will allow the cash out to satisfy the reserves requirement.DSCR lenders generally let you vest either individually or as an LLC.

All the other individuals who have commented on This Thread get that, and I love them for it!

I have heard some systems have individual tanks with shared drainfields but again it would need to be professionally designed. 

I was under the impression that you could only use this once (Second home Loan) with a conventional lender and anything after your principal residence and second home loans it will have to be an investment loan with a minimum 20% down.I'm interested to hear more about this please Makes sense, so if you purchased a vacation property in different markets more than 65 miles from your principal residence than you can do it numerous times at 10% as long as you're not purchasing in the same market. 

When was getting my most recent landlord insurance policy set up the person helping me mentioned that since I have several properties I might be getting to the point where getting a commercial insurance policy to cover all my rentals, rather than individual policies on each one, could be cheaper.

It’s a fairly sophisticated operation, with an unusually long time lag between first identifying the unclaimed funds, tracking the beneficiaries, obtaining a contract from said beneficiaries, gathering all the documents needed for “proof”, dealing with numerous government agencies, and finally hopefully having your client receive the funds and you getting paid.
