Interstate 65 north & south of the city is an appreciation play.

I do not like the location if you want to get people from Bella Vista, Bentonville Rogers, Lowell maybe even Springdale to go there it needs to be closer to the interstate and easier to find...that's just my opinion. 

I don't know the market, but I often see new construction still with hurricane shutters and vacant up and down the interstate.

Abq is roughly divided into four quadrants by two interstates, 25 and 40.

The larger interstate fraud piece, that's obviously more complicated, seems like that could be a RICO case the FBI would be interested in, get them for wire fraud at least possibly a host of other crimes.

The hotels along the I-88 Interstate seem to satisfy the demand.  

From rail to house and ultimately to a truck, if it were an interstate with ingress/egress that might work, sounds like your traffic flow is limited with a median...how far to turn backs?
