Your mentor has needs; try to meet them and develop a mutually beneficial relationship.A mentor can benefit your growth, but it's not as simple as one post on a forum full of strangers.

I know this post is old but wondering if you found success.

I've been investing there for a few years now, helped many others to do so and written about in many posts on BiggerPockets.

I think your issue is (if I recall your other post) that you don't have any experience as a co-host but are trying to gain it by offering your help for free.

@Sunil Kale you're making this more compliacted than necessary.Follow @Nathan Gesner's outline and have your agent post a Legal Entry Notice on the door.
